This hike takes around 2.5 hours and include a local lunch

Sometimes, all you want is to stroll gently and slowly through the landscape without too much strain. This hike starts at Østerbø (820 masl) and finishes at Nesbø farm . Your guide will tell you all about the history in the valley and how norwegians lived and worked on remote summer farms right up until the 1900s.

We will actually pass an old church yard giving us some important clues about life in the valley before modern society as we know it.

This hike is rich in cultural history and our guide is eager to share some of her stories with you.
